ADA Title III & WCAG 2.1 AA

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 12, 2026 • Commitment to Inclusive Digital Design

1. Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

Go Karrot believes the web should be accessible to all visitors, including individuals with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor disabilities. We actively design, build, and audit our website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, endorsed by the United States Department of Justice for public accommodations under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

2. Core Accessibility Measures Implemented

Keyboard Navigation & Visible Focus

All interactive controls, menus, order forms, and modal dialogs are fully navigable using a standard keyboard with clear, high-contrast visual focus indicators.

Color Contrast & Readability

Our design system enforces minimum contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text headings in accordance with WCAG AA guidelines.

Screen Reader Semantics & ARIA

We use semantic HTML5 landmarks, descriptive image alternative text, clear button names, and ARIA labels for dynamic interactive elements and modal dialogs.

Responsive & Scalable Layout

Our interface supports up to 200% browser text zoom without loss of functionality, clipping, or overlapping content on both mobile and desktop viewports.

3. Compatibility & Assistive Technologies

Our website is engineered to be compatible with modern assistive technologies, including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (iOS and macOS), and TalkBack (Android), running on modern web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

4. Continuous Improvement & Third-Party Content

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. While we strive to ensure every component conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA, certain third-party tools (such as hosted payment gateways or PDF renderers) may have interface constraints beyond our direct codebase control. We regularly review new components and work with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility.

5. Accessibility Feedback & Assistance Contact

If you experience any difficulty accessing content, navigating any form, or using any feature on our website, please let us know. We welcome your feedback and are dedicated to providing accommodations promptly:
